Placing the Standard
Overview
If you'd like an introduction to the Net Zero Public Sector Buildings Standard and its crucial first objective, 'Place', this is the online event for you: Placing the Standard, online 23rd October 12:20pm-2.45pm.
The event will be chaired by Stephen Vere, who leads the Net Zero Buildings workstream at the Scottish Futures Trust and be delivered by a team of place, built environment and carbon specialists.
Attending online will give you an opportunity to hear about the Place aspects of the Standard and to ask questions of the speakers and panellists.
The event will focus on the 'place' aspects of the Standard and circular economy considerations of rebuild versus renewal.
We will hear from case study speakers and have the opportunity to discuss delegates' experience of place, planning, circular economy and what the Net Zero Public Sector Buildings Standard team can do to support projects on this challenging topic.
The agenda is as follows:
◻ 12.20-1.45pm Opening remarks and welcome followed by presentations
◻ 1.45-2.00pm Comfort break
